The OptimaSplint™ Roll revolutionises orthopaedic splinting systems, formulated for the temporary support of fractures, sprains, and strains. It consists of casting strips layered in multiple stages, suffused with a water-activated polyurethane resin. These strips are encased within a protective barrier of non-woven fabric, ensuring patient comfort through additional cushioning. The OptimaSplint™ Roll notably hardens within an approximate timespan of five minutes, reinforcing its utility and efficiency in emergent medical circumstances.

Allows for swelling, single use. Each roll is individually packaged in an airtight wrapping, complete with a specialised "clip" to reseal after cutting the required length from the roll.
